Sol\u00b7licitud d’acta pr\u00e8via a la signatura d’una hipoteca <\/span><\/h3>\n

L’acta pr\u00e8via es tracta d’una acta notarial realitzada pr\u00e8viament a la signatura del pr\u00e9stec, on els notaris verifiquen la documentaci\u00f3 lliurada per revisar si aquesta compleix tots els requisits per a la formalitzaci\u00f3 del pr\u00e9stec hipotecari.<\/p>\n

El sol\u00b7licitant del pr\u00e9stec al banc haur\u00e0 d’acudir, amb un temps d’almenys un dia abans, a la not\u00e0ria perqu\u00e8 els notaris l’informin sobre els abasts del pr\u00e9stec i si compleix totalment la legalitat. Per tant, es tracta d’un acte previ a l’escriptura i la seva signatura notarial i que obliga els clients a acudir en dos dies diferents a la notaria per signar una hipoteca.<\/p>\n

Capitulacions matrimonials:<\/strong>
Permeten regular el r\u00e8gim econ\u00f2mic matrimoni, podent atorgar-se davant de Notari, abans o despr\u00e9s de la seva celebraci\u00f3.
Liquidaci\u00f3 de la Societat de Guanys:
<\/strong> Consisteix en la distribuci\u00f3 dels b\u00e9ns adquirits pels c\u00f2njuges durant el matrimoni una vegada dissolta la societat de guanys per canvi de r\u00e8gim matrimonial, separaci\u00f3 o divorci entre
les c\u00f3nyuges. La Llei de Jurisdicci\u00f3 Volunt\u00e0ria ha atribu\u00eft tamb\u00e9 als notaris compet\u00e8ncies en mat\u00e8ria de celebraci\u00f3 del matrimoni, aix\u00ed com per a la formalitzaci\u00f3 de separaci\u00f3 matrimonial i divorci.<\/p>\n

Celebraci\u00f3 de matrimoni:<\/strong> Fins al 30 de juny de 2020 l’expedient matrimonial es tramita davant l’encarregat del Registre Civil qui lliura als contraents un certificat acreditatiu del judici de capacitat matrimonial que ha d’aportar al notari elegit pels contraents per autoritzar-ne la celebraci\u00f3.<\/p>\n

A partir del 30 de juny del 2020 l’expedient matrimonial es pot tramitar davant el Notari elegit pels contraents per a la seva celebraci\u00f3.
